I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and exceeded my expectations, especially for the price I paid. The shower was lovely, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. On the downside, the sound insulation wasn't great, which meant I could hear disturbances from outside. Overall, it was a relaxing experience, and I would definitely come back for another getaway.
My stay here was quite disappointing overall. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, and I even found some public hair on the floor during my visits, which really turned me off. Although the location is decent with easy access to main streets and parking perks, the issues overshadowed the positives. The service was hit or miss too, as I often had to remind the reception about my business stay discount. On a positive note, I did find a fantastic 5-star motel nearby for the same price, which made me feel like I got better value for my money.
I had a fantastic stay overall! The hotel offered modern, spacious rooms and the welcoming hosts truly made a difference during our visit. While the fold-out couch in our room was quite uncomfortable and the bathroom showed some signs of wear, the amenities like the pool and spa bath were very enjoyable. Judith and her husband, along with Maria, were exceptionally helpful, making our group stay even more pleasant. Definitely great value for our rugby tournament trip!
While the location is quite convenient for exploring local attractions, my experience was dampened by the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. The spa facilities were appealing, but the service and overall upkeep left much to be desired, leading to disappointment during my stay.
I had an overall enjoyable experience at Emerald Spa, with a very comfortable stay and excellent amenities. The room had a cozy, homely feel with a lovely spa bath to unwind in. However, I did face some issues regarding hot water and electrical services during my stay, which was disappointing given the high price. The location was also quite convenient for local activities, although parking could be tricky at night.
